We hinted at it in our previous news item: this spring, we are scheduled to introduce our Sekt from the 2022 vintage. We recently got the chance to taste it, and we were immediately enchanted by its delicious fresh-fruity flavour! After a maturation of no less than 18 months sur lie (on yeast), we hope to put this sparkling wine on sale in early April. Of course, we will announce it on our website and Facebook as soon as the time comes.
During the tasting, we were able to enjoy not only our Sekt, but also our other wines. Enthusiasm prevailed both among us and the winemakers. Wondering which wines await you this year? Read on quickly!
First, we have our Rosé Pearl, an enchanting light sparkling wine made from the Souvignier Gris grape. Expect a delicate interplay of fruity aromas and a refreshing sparkle.
In addition, our collection presents itself with a still Rosé, a harmonious blend of the Pinot Noir and Cabaret Noir grapes. This wine will seduce you with its elegant flavour and beautiful pink hue.
But that's not all! We are excited to share not one, but no less than three still white wines with you. Starting with the Chardonnay, which will charm you with its rich and inviting character. We also have the Cabernet Blanc, which surprises with its fresh and lively characteristics. And finally, we offer a blend of the Chardonnay, Riesling and Cabernet Blanc, which will enchant you with its versatility and smooth, accessible taste.
