Coming soon: on 22 May, our wines will be bottled! We had hoped to introduce the Sekt from the 2022 harvest earlier, but it will be presented at the same time. We are immensely pleased and proud of our first wines, which form a diverse range, each with its unique characteristics, aromas and mouthfeel. We are confident that we can offer a suitable wine for every wine lover.
Esker Sekt Cuvee: A sparkling wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Riesling and Chardonnay. The dry, fresh-flavoured wine is bottled after a traditional second bottle fermentation and after an 18-month maturation sur lie. Delicious as an aperitif wine!
Esker Wit Chardonnay: A refined white wine with a full-bodied and complex acidity, accompanied by subtle notes of light herbs and paprika. This wine is an excellent match for dishes with fat fish and chicken.
Esker Wit Cuvee Select: A dry full-bodied white wine with notes of white fruit that will surprise you with its versatility and lively characteristics. Made from Cabernet Blanc, Chardonnay and Riesling, the wine pairs well with fish, seafood and vegetable dishes.
Esker Wit Cuvee: A dry fruity white wine with a soft, fresh and accessible taste. The wine is made from Souvignier Gris, Cabernet Blanc and Riesling and pairs well with salads, goat cheese and fish dishes.
Esker Rose Blend: A gently dry wine made from Cabaret Noir and Pinot Noir. Fresh fruity and slightly spicy in taste, this wine will seduce you with its elegance and beautiful pink hue. Delicious on a summer terrace, with tapas or a BBQ.
Esker Pearl Rose: An enchanting lightly sparkling dry wine with surprising fruit notes, made from Souvignier Gris and Cabernet Blanc. Expect a delicate interplay of fruity aromas and a refreshing sparkle.
